Exchange & Return Policy
Doodle Factory is a design house with social impact.
We create with intention, and we operate responsibly toward all our stakeholders — our customers, our partners, and the communities we support.
For that reason, our exchange and return policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and sustainable for everyone involved.
Please review the policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for exchange:
- Item must be unused
- Tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Item must pass Quality Control inspection
Exchange Fees
Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer:
- Cairo & Alexandria: 160 EGP
- All other governorates in Egypt: 200 EGP

Exchange requests must be approved before sending items back.
If the item does not pass inspection (washed, worn, stained, damaged, missing tags or packaging), the exchange will be declined and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
2. Return Policy (Within 7 Days)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused
- Tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Item must pass Quality Control inspection
Return Fees
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount:
- Cairo & Alexandria: 160 EGP
- All other governorates in Egypt: 200 EGP
If the item does not pass inspection, the return will be declined and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
3. Refunds
- Processing time: 10–12 working days after the item passes Quality Control
- Refunds are issued only after your returned item passes quality inspection.
- Return shipping fees will be deducted as outlined above
In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect:
- Doodle Factory will cover all shipping fees
- No deductions will be applied
4. Sale & Promotional Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are Final Sale.
- No exchange
- No return
- No refund
Any future bundle or promotional offers will follow the same final sale policy unless otherwise stated.
5. Inspection on Delivery
Customers may NOT inspect their order upon delivery.
However:
- You can exchange or return your order within 7 days
- Refusing a shipment does not waive shipping charges
6. Important Notes
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Online orders must be processed online only
- We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above
- By placing an order, you agree to this policy
