As a design house with social impact, we operate responsibly across every step of our process — including how your order is delivered.

At this time, we ship within Egypt only.

Business days are Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts will require additional re-shipping fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Packages may not be opened or tried on during delivery. Any concerns must be handled according to our Exchange & Return Policy.
Once an order has been handed to the courier partner, delivery timelines fall under the courier’s operational operations.
